Meet our executive leadership team
Corrie Hassan
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Corrie brings over 30 years of international experience in business finance, with deep expertise in risk management and operational leadership. She co-founded a successful asset finance company, later acquired by Spenda in 2021, and spent 12 years with an ASX-listed organisation, including several years as Managing Director. She has extensive experience in credit, underwriting, and collections, with a strong track record in developing innovative credit products and frameworks to support sustainable growth.
In her current role as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Corrie leads the company’s strategic and operational agenda, guiding business performance and transformation. She continues to oversee core operational functions, ensuring alignment between execution and long-term growth objectives.
Francis DeSouza
Chief Commercial Officer
Francis is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in capital markets and investment banking, specialising in the resources and technology sectors. He has held Non-Executive Director roles across multiple ASX-listed companies, where he led strategic initiatives including asset identification, acquisition, and corporate recapitalisation. He was also a co-founder of Appstablishment Software Group Ltd which was acquired by Spenda in 2021.
In his current role as Chief Commercial Officer, he oversees the company’s commercial strategy, driving growth through strategic partnerships, market expansion, and customer engagement.
Dave Wood
Chief Product Officer
With over 20 years’ experience in Software and Systems Design, Dave has been the visionary behind Spenda’s suite of products and works with his team to continually bring the company’s vision to life, all while delivering a seamless experience for Spenda’s customers.
As a member of the Executive Team, Dave plays a key role in the Company’s strategic direction.
Andy Britz
Chief Technology Officer
Andy is an experienced technology executive with a strong track record in leading digital transformation and innovation within organisations. He leverages advanced technologies to create meaningful business outcomes.
Before joining Spenda, Andy served as the Group CEO at April, a global embedded payments platform acquired by Spenda in 2024.
As a key member of Spenda’s Executive Team, Andy develops technology strategies to ensure secure, efficient, and innovative solutions, while also guiding the Company’s strategic direction.
Raghav Jain
CEO Spenda India
As an entrepreneur and global business leader, Raghav holds over 20 years’ of experience in technology services and digital transformation solutions. Prior to joining Spenda, he co-founded MintWorx, a tech startup in India which eventually led to setting up Spenda India in 2021.
As a member of the Executive Team, Raghav spearheads Spenda’s Asian entry and plays a key role in driving the overall company’s strategic direction.
